Fitness Tip Exercise No. 7 – The Hip Thrust

We are nearing the end of our Operation Transformation exercise segment with only one week to go! Today Drew will talk you through the hip thrust.   This exercise is fantastic for working the back of the legs and the glutes. Again, the very lovely Drew will talk you through three progressions of this exercise,  suitable for absolute beginner, intermediate and advanced. - Something for everyone!          

Fitness Tip Exercise No. 5 – The Plank

                  This week’s exercise is the infamous plank! This exercise is amazing for working your core – your stomach and your lower back.  

Fitness Tip Exercise No. 4 – The Triceps Dip

Drew’s fourth exercise  is the triceps dip. This exercise is fantastic for working the backs of your arms and your shoulders. Make sure you have a sturdy chair on hand! He will talk you through three progressions of this exercise,  suitable for absolute beginner, intermediate and advanced.              

Fitness Tip Exercise No. 3 – The Lunge

Our third Operation Transformation exercise Drew will talk you through is The Lunge. This exercise is great for working the legs and glutes. Again, the lovely Drew will talk you through three progressions of this exercise,  suitable for absolute beginner, intermediate and advanced.  

Fitness Tip Exercise No. 2 – The Push Up

  Drew’s second Exercise  is the push up. This exercise is fantastic for working the upper body as it works the chest, the shoulders and triceps. He will talk you through three progressions of this exercise,  suitable for absolute beginner, intermediate and advanced.
